Dynamic data bases contain additional information that is defined in the client’s order. They are prepared on the basis of static ones. Gathered information is updated by telephone interviews. Thanks to that procedure, we guarantee 100% of the topicality of data bases.
Dynamic data bases are necessary for mailing campaigns’ – any wrong address means additional costs of campaign. Marketing activities based on dynamic data bases are the most efficient.
Static data bases – we created a static data base 15 years ago. It contains basic information on companys all over Poland. Depending on the criteria of the search static data bases are topical in 85%. It has over 150.000 addresses of small, medium and big companies all over Poland. The complete information in the data base contains information on:
- name of the company
- address, fax and telephone number
- branch
- short description
The data base also contains additional information on: names of management staff, e-mail addresses and sometimes the number of employees. Static data bases are recommended for those of our clients that need immediate information necessary for daily operation. It is an excellent source of information in telemarketing and mailing activities, especially when the price of mail is low.
Our data bases are delivered to our clients in a user-friendly form that makes it possible to export data to any electronic form (floppy disc, CD, e-mail) or in the form of personalized printing on envelopes, letters, labels or offers.
